Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Introduction

We are committed to providing a timely and reliable delivery experience for all our customers.

2. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping:

We deliver across India, covering almost all major PIN codes. Some remote areas may have restricted service.

International Shipping:

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this moment.

3. Shipping Charges

Standard Shipping:
Standard shipping charges are flat ₹99. Free shipping is available on orders above ₹999.

Express Shipping:
Express delivery is available for ₹199 in select metro cities with faster delivery times.

COD Charges:
A convenience fee of ₹50 is applicable for all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

Handling Fees:
No additional handling fees are charged on any of our orders.

4. Delivery Timeframes

Order Processing:
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

Standard Delivery:
Standard delivery usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Express Delivery:
Express delivery takes 1-3 business days in supported areas.

Remote Areas:
Deliveries to remote locations (North-East, J&K, etc.) may take up to 7-10 business days.

Multiple Items:
Multiple items in a single order may arrive in separate packages from different warehouses.

5. Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking link via SMS and Email once your order is dispatched.

Tracking Portal:
You can track your order using our portal: elitashopping.com/track

6. Delivery Process

Delivery Attempts:
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts if you are unavailable.

Unsuccessful Delivery:
Unsuccessful deliveries after 3 attempts will be returned to our warehouse.

Proof of Delivery:
An OTP (One-Time Password) or signature is required at the time of delivery.

7. Special Conditions

Restricted Items:
Heavy or hazardous items may have specific shipping restrictions based on safety regulations.

Weather and Other Delays:
Weather conditions, public holidays, or national strikes may cause unforeseen delays.

8. Lost or Damaged Items

Reporting:
Report lost or damaged items within 48 hours of delivery with proof (unboxing video).

Resolution:
We will provide a replacement or full refund after verifying the reported issue.

9. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders (when active), customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes.
