Item look fantastic! Delivered as promised. Highly recommend!

it was a bit later then we were told and thank goodness our service was much later in the month. It's really has nice colors and the stadium looks great , my only complaint is where they placed his name It's in the dark area above the grass and you can't see it. The dates are very visible in the green grass ,but unfortunately NOT HIS NAME wish they would have moved the engraving down one line

They went up and above to help me, I made my choice, then changed it 4 times, they were very accommodating and sent me what it would look like before the actually finalized the job...highly recommend

Editing review so that the manufacturer will correct the issue. If done I will give all five stars. Received the Chicago Cubs earn and my son‘s name date of birth and date of death was supposed to be on the front of the urn and the quote on the back of the urn unfortunately it is all on the front putting his name right in yellow line where you can’t see the Text . This one I might be able to sit out at my son’s celebration of life. remember you’re dealing with people who are in grief and I’m trying to order aThis one I might be able to sit out at my sons celebration of life. I’m trying to order a product and assume that I might get some good customer service and reaching out and saying how does this look or do you want the font placed differently where you can read it?

Good quality and came in on time
