The item looks nice but is not high quality and is not watertight and doesn’t have a seal or gasket. That’s okay for me since I’m not burying the urn. I’m mostly disappointed in the shipping. When I purchased, I looked for something that could get to me in a reasonable timeframe. This item said it was shipping from Nevada. Imagine my surprise when I was asked to fill out import paperwork because it shipped from India. If I had more time, this would not have been an issue but that was not what the listing said. This caused a considerable delay in receiving the item and a lot of emotional distress. I did reach out to the seller for help in filling out the form but due to the time difference, I had already submitted the form to customs by the time he sent me the information. This was just a lot to deal with while grieving.
